The Specialty Coffee Association (SCAA) needed to rethink its identity as a means of establishing a higher level of credibility to its audience and constituents. The SCAA represents all sides of the coffee industry, from "seed to cup," including coffee growers, roasters, retailers, vendors, and more. Up to this point, the organization hadn't adhered to any real standards of identity usage. To reflect this sense of autonomy within its constituents, we designed an identity that has an added level of flexibility; it is available to use with four secondary color choices.
